Custom 3D printed hat block/shaper. Have only used on snapback trucker hats but could be used on fitted hats as well most likely.
Just began using a new material which is advertised to be much more resistant to heat and impacts than PLA, which is what most people use for these.
Diameter is 7". Could be adjusted if desired but depending on adjustments price may be subject to adjustment.
Will be shipped in a box.
Sold As-Is. No Returns. Hat is not included
This is a 3D Printed item meaning it is not solid and if dropped may break or crack. It is also a plastic product meaning it can melt if exposed to too much heat. If using a steamer I do not recommend using it for more than 3-5 seconds at a time before moving to a different area as warping is possible.
I do sell two versions of these. A Round top and a Flat top so please chose which would work best for you.
